Effective Mentor Leadership Training (EMLT)

What is EMLT?

Over the years, a lot of Life Coaches have started marketing themselves as Mentors, yet many of them do not have the requirements to be an effective Mentor.

We have created a focused, well balanced online course on how to be an effective mentor.

What is the process of becoming an Effective Mentor Leadership?

To qualify for an Effective Mentor Leadership (E.M.L.) certification (Part 1)

1. You will be required to enrol for 3 modules. 

2. Attendance and full participation to all three modules are mandatory.

Module 1, 2 and 3 will be online. 

To qualify for an Effective Mentor Leadership (E.M.L.) Diploma  (Part 2)

1. You should have completed online Modules 1, 2, 3  and  obtained the certification. 
2. You have to attend Module 4  which is a Full day training session.
3. Submit coursework of 2 essays each 2,500 words related to Mentoring. 

Part 1 and Part 2 all are mandatory to qualify for a certification or diploma respectfully.
